Third Grade is such a growth year for children- it's a time of independence, enthusiasm, and most importantly, an eagerness to get their hands on the next adventure! Is it a wonder why I LOVE Third Graders?
This year we will set independent and class goals, expanding our minds and hearts.
Even though I have taught for many years, my passion for teaching young children has not wavered! I especially love incorporating technology into my lessons in meaningful ways. I love project-based learning to encourage a student-centered classroom, where critical thinking, collaboration, creating, and communication are daily occurrences.
Third Grade is a huge jump from Second Grade where independence and academic expectations increase significantly. Please read the attached below:
